Obituary of Albert Bensen, Jr.

Albert W. Bensen Jr., 87, of Stuart, passed away March 1, 2015 at Treasure Coast Hospice in Stuart. He was born in Totowa, NJ and had been a resident of Stuart less than 1 year, having moved recently from Port Orange, FL. He was a veteran of the U.S. Navy. Before retirement, he was an engineer in the Aerospace industry. He was of the Christian faith.

He is survived by his wife of 62 years, Joan S. M. Bensen of Stuart; son, Mark W. Bensen (Beverly) of Baton Rouge, LA; daughter, Joy B. Campbell (Dale) of Stuart; son, Kurt A. Bensen of Port Orange; daughter, Jill B. Winchel (Ross) of Cape Coral; and grandchildren, Jessica Bensen, Lauren Campbell Blickley, Trek Campbell, Natasha Bensen, Robert Ross Winchel, Alex Winchel, Brett Winchel and Danielle Winchel.

Visitation: 12:00PM - 1:00PM, Thursday, March 5, 2015 at Forest Hills Funeral Home, Palm City Chapel.

Funeral service to follow at 1:00PM in the Chapel, with Pastor John Bartz officiating.

Interment will be in Forest Hills Memorial Park, Palm City.
