Alberta Goldstein Eden, 95, of Palm City, FL, passed away on Friday, April 1, 2016 at the Treasure Coast Hospice, Hay-Madeira House, Stuart, FL.

Born in Youngstown, OH, she had been a resident of Palm City for 16 years coming from Youngstown.

In her younger years she was a model for Strouss-Hirshberg, Livingston's, and McElvey's companies, and later in life had her own business serving the field of education. After retirement, she took up painting and created many wonderful works of art, and then taught painting classes to others in the Youngstown area.

Survivors include her son David Eden and his wife Melanie of Palm City; her daughter, Karen Grody of Palm Desert, CA; her granddaughters, Laura Grody of Los Angeles, CA and Kristin Braun and her husband Erez of Pittsburgh, PA, and her great grandchildren, Michael and Mila Braun.

Visitation will be from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Forest Hills Funeral Home, Palm City, with a prayer service at 2:00 PM. Entombment will follow in Forest Hills Memorial Park Mausoleum, Palm City.
