Alice G. Blum, 71, died Saturday, March 01, 2008 at Stuart Nursing and Restorative Care Center in Stuart.
Born January 22, 1937 in Newark, NJ, she moved to Stuart in 1973 from North Plainfield, NJ.
She was a retired assistant manager for Bell South and a member of Telephone Pioneers of America.
She was a member of the Presbyterian faith.
Survivors include her husband of 38 years, Alfred J. Blum of Stuart; brother, Walter Caskey and wife, Mary, of Lebanon, NJ; nephews and nieces, Ron and Darlene Cromer, Michael Barron, Cheryl Caskey, Kelly Ingram; and six grand nieces, Christine Chase, Jaime Davis, Nikki Cromer, Kelsey Ingram, Madison Ingram and Jessica Barron.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Alices name may be made to Treasure Coast Hospices, Inc., 1201 SE Indian St., Stuart, FL 34997, phone 772-403-4500 or http://www.tchospices.org/.
Services: Calling hours will be held from 5 PM to 7 PM, Tuesday, March 4, 2008 at Forest Hills Funeral Home in Palm City. Funeral Services will be held at 10:30 AM, Wednesday, March 5, 2008 at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Forest Hills Memorial Park.
Arrangements are under the direction of Forest Hills Funeral Home. A guest registry may be signed at www.foresthillsfunerals.com.
