Alice Jean (Cummings) Johnston; 83, passed away on March 13, 2021, in Portland, OR

Alice was born on September 14, 1937, daughter of the late Charles E and Katherine F Cummings of Meadville, PA.

Alice graduated from Meadville High School in 1955. She pursued a career bookkeeping and worked at Investment Casting Corporation in Meadville, PA where she was the office manager and bookkeeper until she retired in 1989. She was a member of Saint Agatha's Church in Meadville, PA, Saint Bernadette's Church in Saegertown, PA for 20 years, Saint Joseph Church in Stuart, Florida and most recently St. Charles Church in Portland, OR.

Survivors include her son, Paul Johnston and his spouse Ancil Tucker of Portland, OR; her daughter, Diane Johnston and her spouse Sandra (Cricket) Beach, and her grandson Zachary Johnston of Avondale Estates, GA; her brother John Cummings of Saegertown, PA; her nieces Janis Phillips, of Meadville PA; Jacqueline Jameson of Kingsport, TN, and many beloved great nieces.

In addition to her parents, Alice was preceded in death by her brother, Charles E Cummings, JR and her nephew Craig Cummings.

Burial will take place at Forest Hills Memorial Park & Cemetery in Palm City, Florida.
