Angela Mazzella Di Bosco (Corteo), age 89, passed away peacefully on April 17, 2024 at Hospice House. Angela was born in Monte Di Procida, Italy. She was the second of eleven children born to Ida Cammarota and Giovanni Corteo, her parents. Angela married her beloved husband, Pasquale Mazzella Di Bosco on June 14th, 1959. They were married 57 years.

Angela and Pasquale emigrated to the United States on October 17th, 1977. They lived on Long Island until their move to Sunrise, Florida in 1982. She relocated to Port St. Lucie, Florida in 2007. Angela was a home maker, who took pride in her home and her family, especially her grandsons. In her youth she loved to work her spinning loom, working with linen and yarn. She loved puzzle games, traveling, her faith in God and her beloved Italy.

Angela is survived by her two daughters, Raffaella Coppola and Giuseppina (Ida) Mazzella Di Bosco, and her beloved grandsons, Alessandro, Massimo and Marco Coppola. She was preceded in death by her much loved son in law, Gennaro Coppola, her siblings Michele & Tiberio Corteo and Nunzia Colandrea.

Angela lived a simple life, was kind to all and enjoyed the simple pleasures of just chatting with friends and neighbors. She is loved and missed by her family. May she rest in eternal peace.
