Angelina Norelli's Obituary
Angelina "Angie" Norelli, age 85, passed peacefully surrounded by her family on Sunday, October 13th, 2019 at Treasure Coast Hospice in Stuart. She was the first child of three, born on February 23rd, 1934 in Maiori, Italy to Maria Imperato and Giacomo Esposito. Angelina moved to the United States in 1955 with her mother, brother, and sister. She worked as a seamstress in New York and married Gennaro Norelli in Italy in 1959. They settled down in Mount Vernon, New York and had two children, Christina and Anthony Norelli. Angelina continued working as a seamstress while raising her children, and was widowed in 1986 when Gennaro passed away. In 1998, Angelina joined her children and moved to Florida. She became an active member of the Columbiettes at the Knights of Columbus, the Women's Guild at Holy Redeemer, and was heavily involved in raising her adored grandchildren. Her hobbies included relaxing in the ocean, knitting, cooking, and playing cards with her grandchildren. She is survived by her two children, five grandchildren, her brother, and other family and friends. Having lived a full and vibrant life, Angelina is loved and missed by those who knew her.
