Ann
Commeau
May 19, 1943 — Jul 19, 2020
Stuart
On the morning of July 19th, 2020 Mildred Ann Commeau (Ann) passed away at the age of 77. She was born in Kannapolis, NC to Frances and Ira Dennis on May 19th, 1943, She then moved to Stuart Florida where she resided most of her life. Ann is survived by her children; Annette, Cindy, DJ and Matthew, Her grandchildren; Caitlynn, Chelsea, Jay, Jessica, Jerrold, Jonathon, and Joeseph, her great grandchildren; Alice, Leyna, Summer and Cade, also her sisters; Kay and Jean.
Ann had a great passion for gardening, baking and her dogs. Anyone could show Ann a leaf of a plant and she could tell you what kind of plant it was and how to care for it. She was always outside repotting and taking care of her plants. She baked a lot. She used to be a baker at the Mariner Sands Country Club. She loved baking. She always had fresh bread and biscuits. Her family loved her banana bread, it was the best. Her grandkids loved sleepovers at grandmas waking up to the smell of fresh bread straight out of the oven. Ann had a huge heart for her dogs, they meant the world to her, she would rather herself go without before she allowed her dogs to, they were her pride and joy.
Ann could spend hours on the phone with her family and it would never be enough time, she always said "Oh, one more thing before I let you go." And it would always turn into 10 more things. We all wish she could tell us that one more thing now. Ann will be greatly missed by her family.
Visitation will take place on Monday, July 27, 2020 at 9 AM followed by a 11 AM service at Forest Hills Funeral Home, Palm City, Fl. Interment will follow at Forest Hills Memorial Park.
