Ann M. Fazio

January 5, 1934 – April 29, 2022

Ann M. Fazio (88) of Palm City Florida passed away peacefully on Friday, April 29, 2022 while under Hospice care.  Born in Brooklyn, she moved to Long Island after marrying her husband Albert.  She worked 15 years for the County of Suffolk in the Health Department and relocated to Florida 32 years ago.

Ann was a Eucharistic Minister at Holy Redeemer Catholic Church and also served as President of the Ladies Guild. She was an avid Mahjong and Bunco player with her many friends and loved watching Wheel of Fortune every night. Her friends and family knew and loved Ann because she was always a kind and giving person to everyone she met.

Ann was preceded in death by her loving husband Albert.  She is survived and remembered by their children Michael Fazio (Jeanne-Renee) of North Port, Florida, Barbara Baucum (Jay) of Long Island, New York and James Fazio (Debbie) of Parrish, Florida.

Ann had 7 grandchildren, Katherine Nogueras (Mike), Joey Fazio, Jenna Nicole (Eric), Roxanne Babani , Jessie (Francesco) DiMeglio, Sarah Boyd and David Bozza (Carla).  She also had 6 great-grandchildren, Ethan Nogueras, Benson, Roslynn and Levi Babani, Genevieve DiMeglio and Santino Bozza and another great-grandchild due in late September.

A wake service under the direction of Forest Hills Funeral Home, Palm City Florida will be held on Thursday, May 5, 2022 from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m. with a prayer service at 4:30 p.m.  A funeral mass will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, May 6, 2022 at Holy Redeemer Catholic Church in Palm City Florida.

In lieu of flowers the family has requested that donations be made to St. Jude's and Treasure Coast Hospice.
