Anna Carmela Pereira (DeRenzo), 90, died on May 25, 2022 at Life Care Center in Port St Lucie, Florida. She was born in Brooklyn, New York on December 14, 1931. Her father was Antonio DeRenzo and mother Antonetta Anastasia. She moved to PSL in1988 from Long Island, NY. She worked at Renwal Toys & Macy's as a switchboard operator, also a salesperson & cashier at Beall's before her retirement. She was a member of Saint Lucie Catholic Church in PSL.

In 1980 she married the love of her life, Joseph Pereira. They were happily married for 40 years. They lived in PSL for over 35 years in a nice, quiet adult community called La Buona Vita.

Anna was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph, Sister Theresa and brother in-law John Nappi, Brother Frank and sister in-law Florence Direnzo and Nephew Neil Nappi.

Anna is survived by her Niece and Nephew Anthony & Mary Direnzo, of New York, and Gaye & Larry Oliveri of Pennsylvania, and also her step- family Janis Harding, Mike Harding, Joseph & Flora Pereira, Denise & Donald Langro, and Belinda Mayer.  Grandchildren Joyce and Brian Harding, Christopher and Diana Langro, Eugene Reale and Candice Mayer, Jeanette (Karina) Cromwell, Laura Baumann and Phillip Pereira and Great Grandchildren Cassandra, Austin, Cody, Patrick, DeAnnica, Connor, Jackson, Aiden, Sophia, Tomoki and Haruki.

She also leaves behind dear friends Carol & Tom Ellis and caring neighbors, Simone & Joe Beauliere.

Services are on June 14 ^th , 2022, 10am – 12pm, at Forest Hills Funeral Home, 2001 SW Murphy Rd, Palm City, Fl. 34990.
