Born Annette Marilyn Port in New York City to Louis and Mollie Port. She is predeceased by her sister Renee Hoffman and one brother in law, Leonard Hoffman. Annette is survived by husband, Sanford F Levine, daughter, Licia Brennan, son, William Levine and grandson, Kenneth Brennan. She will be remembered as an inspiring English teacher at Riverdale Private School in New York.
