Obituary

Anthony J. Cataline, 77, of Vero Beach, FL passed away on January 15, 2021.  He was born in Elizabeth, NJ and resided all along the east coast of Florida since January of 1983 to include Stuart, (a couple years in Oklahoma City, OK) Palm Coast, and finally Vero Beach since 2019.

Tony began his career selling 1970 model Chevy and Oldsmobile automobiles.  As time went on, his career blossomed into commercial and industrial sales with several Florida based companies and finally retiring with the Austrian based company Hoerbiger in 2014 that allowed him to travel the world.

Tony has always been a devoted Catholic.  While a resident of Stuart from 1983-2014, Tony became a very active member of the Stuart Knights of Columbus.  During this time, he devoted his efforts and dedication that gained him positions as the Grand Knight and Faithful Navigator.

In his off time, Tony enjoyed spending time with the love of his life, Arleen.  His hobbies and interests included dining out and traveling with Arleen, gardening outdoors, tinkering in the garage, digging into never ending home upgrade projects and spending time with family and friends.  His love for Corvettes and old muscle cars will be forever remembered.  Tony will be most remembered for his perseverance, his unconditional love for his family; "The most important thing".

We all know Tony, a devoted Republican and avid President Trump supporter and NRA member.  He was no stranger to supporting the greatest most beautiful flag on earth and the country it flies over.

He is survived by his wife Arleen of 52 years, 2 sons Michael (Sharon) and their 2 sons Sean and Austen, Orange Park, FL (Rowen-Great Grand Daughter);  Douglas and girlfriend Kelly and his 3 children Cole, Blake and Lily all of Oklahoma City, OK; sister Mary Holroyd of Manchester, NJ- nephew John Holroyd(Tiffany) of Massachusetts; Sister in-laws-Dale (Tom) Senker of Hobe Sound, FL; Dawn Talley of Stuart, FL; Aunt Kay and Uncle Neil of Clark, NJ and countless other cousins and family members.

He was preceded in death by his parents William and Margaret Cataline, mother and father in-law Austen and Doris Blakeley and brother in-law Roger Blakeley.
