Anthony Lucchese, 85, of Port St. Lucie, FL, passed away on November 30, 2016 in Salerno Bay Manor, Stuart, FL.

Born in Brooklyn, NY, he had been a resident of Port St. Lucie for 24 years coming from Farmingdale, NY.

Before retiring he was a self employed wallpapering contractor in the greater New York Metro area for over 20 years.

He was a member of Holy Family Catholic Church, Port St. Lucie.

Survivors include his wife of 62 years, Grace Luchese; his daughter, Margaret Meyer and her husband Michael of Farmingdale; his sons, Dr. Peter A. Lucchese of New York and Anthony Lucchese Jr. of Port St. Lucie and 5 grandchildren. He was preceded in death by 6 siblings.

Visitation will be from 2:00 to 4:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 PM on Monday, December 5, 2016 Service at 3:00 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:30 AM on Tuesday, December 6, 2016 at Holy Family Catholic Church, Port St Lucie. Entombment will follow immediately in Forest Hills Memorial Park, Palm City with military honors, provided by the U.S. Army.
