Obituary of Arminda da Silva
Arminda da Silva, 61, of Port St. Lucie, passed away unexpectedly December 11, 2014 at St. Mary's Medical Center in West Palm Beach. She was born in Portugal, and moved to the United States in 1964. She resided in Yonkers and Ossining, NY and moved to Port St. Lucie in 2002. She was a parishioner of Holy Family Catholic Church.
She is survived by her sons, Jorge B. Lopes, Daniel I. Lopes (Stephanie) and Ricardo Lopes (Joanna Baez); father, Francisco P. da Silva; siblings, Francisco Silva, Maria O'Brien-Linehan, Maria Belo, Maria Isabel Vieira and Gloria Sousa; grandchildren, Jazmine and Hazel Lopes and numerous nieces, nephews and their children. She was preceded in death by her mother, Emilia da Silva.
Visitation: 4:00PM - 6:00PM, Wednesday, December 17, 2014 at Forest Hills Funeral Home, Palm City Chapel.
Funeral Service: 6:00PM in the funeral home Chapel following the visitation.
