Arthur Edward Biggs, Jr., age 93, passed away peacefully on April 10, 2023. He was born on January 3,1930, in New York City to his loving parents Arthur Biggs and Pauline Gardner and was raised in Jessups, Maryland.

He was a first Lieutenant in the Air Force and served in the Korean War. Thereafter, he graduated first in his class from the university of Maryland and second in his class from the Harvard Business School. He was a financial consultant at McKinsey & Company and then joined Mobil Chemical, where he worked for 32 years and would become president of the company. He also served on many governing boards of directors, including the Visiting Nurse Association and Quinnipiac University.

He is survived by his wife Charlotte Biggs of 66 years, his son, Arthur (Karen) Biggs III, predeceased by his son William (Charlotte) Biggs, survived by his daughter Catheryne (Peter) DiPrete, and son, Andrew (Angela) Biggs. He is also survived by his grandchildren, Amanda, Michael, Bradley, Alexandra, Brodie, Joshua, and Ashley.
