On Sunday, March 1, 2020, Barbara Olshove, awesome wife and mother of six kids passed away at the age of 84. Barbara was born on April 21, 1935, in Ebensburg, Pennsylvania to Joseph and Margaret Link.She grew up in Detroit, Michigan, where she later met her husband, Vincent F. Olshove, Sr.She was a long-time time employee of Southern Bell and BellSouth Telecommunications. Barb had a passion for crafting, gardening, cooking, traveling, and volunteering. She loved dancing, entertaining family and friends, long walks on the beach and her evening glass of wine. She was known for her infectious smile as well as her kind and compassionate spirit. Barb was preceded in death by her husband Vince, her father Joe, her mother Margaret, and her sister Judy. She is survived by her six children, Susan Scott, Vincent Olshove Jr., Gregg Olshove, Julie Olshove, Chris Olshove, and Kelly Newman; sister Peggy Green; brother Terry Link; ten grandchildren, and eight great-grandchildren.
A visitation will be held on Friday, March 6, 2020, from 10 AM to 11 AM at Forest Hills Funeral Home in Palm City, Florida, followed by a Celebration of Life Ceremony at 11 AM and graveside service.

In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting donations to Treasure Coast Hospice.
