Benjamin Moshe Schwartz

1944-2020

Ben Schwartz passed away in Palm City, Florida on July 22, 2020 at the age of 76.

Born on January 5, 1944, in Haifa, Israel, Ben never forgot his Israeli roots ― nor lost his accent. He moved to New York City in 1966, and later to New Jersey where his three children were born and raised. Throughout this time, Ben established himself as a trusted entrepreneur of residential, commercial and industrial electrical installation and repair. In 2006, he moved to Palm City, Florida, where he enjoyed his retirement in the warm Florida sun with his dear wife, Patty.

Ben was loved by all and treasured by many. Anyone who knew him, knew him for his ability to make them laugh and bring light to any room or situation. He cherished every moment spent with his family and friends.

Ben is preceded in death by his mother Genia Schwartz, father Eliy a hu, and brother Eliezer Abraham.

He is survived by his beloved wife, Patty Schwartz; cherished daughter, Keri (Robert) Field; and adored sons, Adam (Merav) Schwartz, Eric (Elizabeth) Schwartz, and Billy DelaMotte. Ben is also survived by his treasured grandchildren, Josh, Noah and Annabel Field; Oliver, Ainsley and Elliott Schwartz; Cameron and Bryan Schwartz; and Harley DelaMotte.

His funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 23, 2020, starting at 2 p.m. at Forest Hills Funeral Home, 2001 SW Murphy Rd, Palm City, FL, 34990.
