Bernard J. Farren, 65, died Saturday, March 31, 2007 at Martin Memorial Medical Center in Stuart, FL.
Born in Wilmington, DE, he has resided in Stuart for 11 years, coming from Newark, DE.
Prior to retirement he was a trainmaster for Conrail, where he had been employed for 38 years.
He attended Immanuel Lutheran Church in Palm City, FL.
He was a former member of Loyal Order of Moose in New Castle, DE.
He had enjoyed line dancing, bowling, trips to Disney World and designing and making arts and crafts.
He is survived by his wife of 44 years, Jean Farren of Stuart; sons, David J. Farren and his wife Katheleen, of Wilmington, DE; Kenneth J. Farren and his wife, Anna, of Bear, DE; Daniel S. Farren and his wife, Sherrie, of Newark, DE; four grandchildren, Jennifer; Margherita; Justin and David, Jr. (D.J.); brother, Jack Farren of Newark, DE; and sister, Lee Kennedy, of Townsend, DE.
