Obituary of Bessie Saunders

Bessie L. Saunders, 99, of Hobe Sound, died March 3, 2013 at the Manors of Hobe Sound. She was born in Palmyra, NY and had been a resident of Hobe Sound for 38 years, and the last 4 years was a resident of the Manors of Hobe Sound. She was a lifelong member of the Community Baptist Church in Stuart, and she had been the organist at the church for over 20 years. She had been a homemaker.

She is survived by her daughter, Romelee Robinson of Hobe Sound; sons, Larry Saunders of Michigan and Doug Saunders of Florida and 15 grandchildren; 40 great grandchildren and 7 great great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Lee and sons, Timothy Saunders and L.D. Saunders.

Visitation: 10:00-11:00AM, Wednesday at the Community Baptist Church.

Service: 11:00AM, Wednesday, at the Community Baptist Church in Stuart.

Burial will follow in Forest Hills Memorial Park.
