Obituary of Blanche Hertelendy
Blanche Julia Hertelendy, 93, of Port St. Lucie, died May 6, 2011 at Stuart Nursing and Restorative Care Center. She was born in Glenfield, NY, moved to Romania after WWI, then back to the U.S. in 1928. She moved to Florida in the early 1970's, from New Milford, NJ. She had been a homemaker, and also co-owner of Classic Upholstery in Port Salerno.
She is survived by her sons, Joseph Esposito and his wife Jean of Ft. Pierce, William Hertelendy of Port St. Lucie and Stephen Hertelendy and his partner Steven Brown of Royal Palm Beach; sisters, Anna Strelchik and Amelia Winkle, both of Port St. Lucie and many nieces and nephews.
A Celebration of Life will be celebrated in the near future at the Clubhouse in Spanish Lakes Golf Village in Port St. Lucie.
