Obituary of Camiel Lacluyse
Camiel A. LaCluyse, 101, of Jensen Beach, died October 13, 2008 at the Treasure Coast Hospice Hay-Madeira House, Stuart, Florida.
Born in Mishawaka, Indiana he had been a resident of Jensen Beach for over 40 years coming from Mishawaka. Before retiring he had been a fabricator for Ball-Band Rubber and Wool in Mishawaka for over 40 years.
He was a member of St. Martin de Porres Catholic Church, and St. Martin de Porres Council of the Knights of Columbus, both in Jensen Beach and was a 75 year member of the Catholic Order of Foresters.
Survivors include daughters Dolores LaCluyse of Stuart and Dorothy Tobolski of Mishawaka; a son Donald LaCluyse and his wife Alice (Szabo) of Macy, Indiana; 14 grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife of 61 years Rachel LaCluyse in 1992.
SERVICES: Visitation will be from 10:00 to 11:00 AM, with a service at 11:00 AM on October 17, 2008 at Forest Hills Funeral Homes Palm City Chapel. Interment will follow in Forest Hills Memorial Park, Palm City.
