Age 84 Palm City, Florida Carol Kauffman (Koffie) passed away peacefully on September 25, 2026, with her sister, Barbara, by her side. Services at 11:00 a.m. on October 6, 2026, at Forest Hills Memorial Park, 2001 SW Murphy Road, Palm City. Carol was born on August 19, 1942, in St. Louis, MO. She began her singing career as an early prodigy of Tommy Mottola’s and had a number of records ( “And I’m Telling You I’m Not Going”; “You Put A Wall Between Us/You Don’t Know Get Ready”; “If We Both Hold On/Just One Smile”). She was well known in Miami and Ft. Lauderdale performing at The Forge, Septembers and Paulo’s Three’s Company as well as at The Happy Medium in Chicago and at Caesar’s Palace in Las Vegas. She was also an award winning hair stylist in Chicago and most recently a fundraiser for the Multiple Sclerosis Foundation. Her greatest joys were keeping in touch with old friends and loving her dogs and her turtles while watching television with her sister at home.
