Carole Jean (Pringle) Mejia, age 85, of Ormond Beach, Florida and formerly of Woodville, Ohio, passed away on November 10, 2022, at Harper House Hospice in Stuart, Florida. Born May 4, 1937, in Toledo, Ohio she was the daughter of Kenneth and Mary (Gingrich) Pringle. Carole was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She enjoyed spending time with family, lunches by the beach, reading, finding treasures at thrift stores and cheering on the Florida Gators.

She is survived by her son, Mark (Elizabeth) Mejia; daughter, Jodi (Michael) Connolly; four grandchildren, Lindy (Nick) Kaemming, Dominic (Ashley) Mejia, Gideon Mejia and John Connolly, along with four great-grandchildren, Claire, Luke, Ben and Josie Kaemming, and her brother Randy Warner.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 61 years Joe; her parents; son, Jeff Mejia; sisters Joyce Feltner and Faye Morris, brothers Kenneth Pringle, Jack Pringle, Gerald Pringle, Terry Pringle and Gary Warner.

In keeping with Carole's wishes, there will be no visitation or service at this time. Memorial contributions may be made to Treasure Coast Hospice, Halifax Hospice or a charity of the donor's choice.
