Obituary

Mrs Caroline Reston was born December 17, 1968 in Sumter, South Carolina. She is a graduate of Palm Beach Gardens High School and Florida Atlantic University with a bachelors degree in Education.
Mrs Reston was a teacher in the Martin County School District for 13 years. She taught sixth and seventh grades at Hidden Oaks and David L. Anderson Middle Schools, where she provided excellent instruction and positive influence to her students.
Caroline was united in holy matrimony to Rodney Reston on May 6, 2011. Together they raised her only son, Jackson Mills.
Mrs Reston received the unfortunate diagnosis of late stage cancer in May 2014. She fought vialiantly cancer for the next six and half years while always maintaining a positive attitude and setting examples for Jackson with enduring theme of never giving up.
Mrs Reston's battle ended on February 25, 2021 when she quietly departed this life and will be forever with our Lord.
Her beautiful life will be forever cherished by all those who she touched.
Mrs Reston is preceded in death by her father, John Welch and stepfather, Tom Rayburg.
Mrs Reston is survived by her husband, Rodney Reston, son, Jackson Mills, mother, Geraldine Welch, Aunt, Mildred Lewis, brother, Todd Welch and her service dog, Louis.
Caroline's kind and gentle spirt will always be remembered and she can still be heard saying "if don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything".
