Dr. Charles M. Termine, MD, 89, of Port St. Lucie, FL, passed away on Wednesday, March 30, 2016 at Martin Medical Center, Stuart, FL.
Born in New York City, he had been a resident of Port St. Lucie for several years coming from New York.
During World War II he had served in the U.S Navy.
Prior to retirement he was a medical doctor and had his practice in Glendale, NY.
Survivors include his wife, Eleanor Termine of Port St. Lucie; his daughter, Regina Termine of Albertson, NY; his son Michael C. Termine of Menifee, CA and two grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 5:00 to 7:00 PM on Friday, April 1, 2016 at Forest Hills Memorial Park, Palm City, FL with a Vigil Prayer Service at 6:30 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:00 AM on Saturday, April 2, 2016 at Holy Redeemer Catholic Church followed by Military Honors provided by the U.S. Navy.
For those who wish, donations in Charle's name on behalf of his late sister, Reverend Mother Olivia Reginella, can be made to Queen of Apostles Convent, 98 Harriman Heights Road, Monroe, NY 10950.
Interment will be in St. John's Cemetery, Middle Village, NY.
