Obituary of Charlotte Fitzgerald

Charlotte Dillon Fitzgerald, 88, died Thursday, December 26, 2013 in Newport News, VA. She was a native of Tulsa, OK, where she graduated from Holy Family Catholic High School. Charlotte was a resident of Newport News for the last sixteen years and a member of Our Lady of Mount Carmel Catholic Church.

Preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Fitzgerald; sister, Kay Mead and Mary Lou Williams and her parents Charles and Louise Dillon. Charlotte is survived by her daughter, Colleen Fitzgerald Duncan of Newport News; sister, Elizabeth Anne Billmeier of Westerly, RI; 2 grandchildren, Charleen Duncan Bell of Lafayette, CO and Cathleen Duncan Hendrix of Arvada, CO and 2 great grandchildren, Carrick Thomas Bell and Declan James Bell.

Graveside service: 11:00AM, Monday, January 6, 2013 at Forest Hills Memorial Park, Palm City, with Father John Dillon officiating.

In Lieu of flowers the family has asked that the memorials be given to Hospice of Tidewater or your local American Cancer Society.
