Christine Mock, 81, of  Port. St. Lucie, passed away peacefully in her home on December 2nd into God's open arms. She was born on March 20th, in Louisville, Kentucky, and lived in Hialeah for most of her life. She was the daughter of the late Flora (Scott) Beckwith and Philip Griffin.

Chris was an attendant's secretary at Dade Christian School for 30 years. Devotion to God was Chris' pride and joy. She poured her heart and soul into embodying Christ's character to students, family, and friends.

Chris enjoyed attending church, giving to others, traveling with Dale (especially to see lighthouses). Christmas season was her favorite time of the year. Most of all, she loved spending time her family, friends, and neighbors.

Chris is survived by her husband, Clarence Dale Mock; son Shawn (Gina) Mock; two grandsons Nathan (Ruby) Mock and David Mock; three great-grandchildren Bella, Jason, and Emmett Mock; sister Rosie Hidalgo; brother Russ (Kellie) Jocoy; and an abundance of friends and family. She was preceded in death by her son Jason Dean Mock in 2002. She was a blessing to all in her life and we will miss her kindness and love.

Services will be at Forest Hills Memorial Park and Funeral Home on Sunday, December 11th. 10am-12pm for Viewing; 12pm Service; 1pm Burial.
