Obituary of Claire Wiseman
Claire E. Wiseman, 89, of Palm City, passed away September 28, 2014 at Treasure Coast Hospice in Stuart. She was born in Medford, MA on December 19, 1924. She had been an active resident of Palm City for 24 years, having moved from NJ. She had been an administrator at Rutgers University before retirement. She was a member of Holy Redeemer Catholic Church in Palm City, the Newcomer's club and an avid Mahjong player.
She is survived by her daughter, Leighann McGinnis and her husband Joseph of Hoboken, NJ; granddaughters, Cara and Jennifer Weldon and son in law, Douglas Weldon of Lake Mary. She was preceded in death by her husband, Francis and daughter, Mary Ellen Weldon. Claire loved and was loved by many.
Visitation: 3:00 - 6:00 PM, October 2, 2014 at Forest Hills Funeral Home, Palm City.
Mass of Christian Burial: 10:00AM, October 3, 2014 at Holy Redeemer Catholic Church, Palm City.
Entombment: Forest Hills Memorial Park, Palm City.
