Courtney Payne was born into humble beginnings on November 13th 1934. His life was defined by 28 years in the Marine Corps. and had remarkable achievements.
Courtney approached every challenge with passion and dedication. He and his wife of 68 years traveled the world and visited every place they ever wanted to go.
He will be FOREVER LOVED AND FOREVER MISSED.
