Daniel Joseph Gleason, cherished and loved husband, father, and Pops, was received to his eternal home Sept 24, 2021. Danny was the first born to Joseph and Jennie (Baffoni) Gleason, September 22, 1951.

He was a very proud graduate of Cliffside Park High, Cliffside Park, New Jersey. Danny then traveled south to graduate from his beloved University of South Carolina with a degree in business, history, and political science.

He had always been a loyal fan and alumni to the South Carolina gamecocks.

From humble beginnings, he began his successful career in the life insurance business rising from salesman to Regional executive Vice President both with Metropolitan Life and AGLA. He received many certification, including CLU, ChFC, LUTCF. Numerous professional awards and accomplishments in his field.

He never forgot his humble beginnings, honored, and cared for his family, and friends. He loved to travel and was often on the road with business and private adventures.

His greatest accomplishments, love, and devotion was given to his family. Always putting them ahead of his own needs. He is preceded in death, by his parents, brother Patrick, son Josh.

Survived by his wife, Kim Gleason, daughter Holly Gleason, brother Robert (Bobby) Gleason, granddaughter, Bailey Walker, Many extended family and friends.

Danny loved all children. He never lost his gift of relating, entertaining, and playing with children! And he was a humanitarian to their causes. In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to a couple of his favorite and supported charities.
