David Charles Galfond, 86, of Stuart, Florida, passed away November 30, 2017 at the Treasure Coast Hospice, Stuart.

Born in Johnstown, Pennsylvania, he had been a resident of Treasure Coast for over 35 years.

Before retiring he was an attorney and had received his Doctor of Jurisprudence from Catholic University Law School.

Survivors include his wife of 65 years, Marcia Galfond of Stuart; his sons, Stephen Galfond and his wife Laurie of Gaithersburg, Maryland, Glenn Galfond of The Villages, Florida, Mark Galfond and his wife, Dot of Palm City, Florida and Scott Galfond of West Palm Beach, Florida; his daughter, Lynn Delaney and her husband Rob of Wellington, Florida and 11 grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his sister Deborah Cohan.

There will be a service at 1:00 PM on Sunday, December 3, 2017 at the Forest Hills Funeral Home, 2001 SW Murphy Road, Palm City, Florida. The interment will follow immediately in Forest Hills Memorial Park, Palm City. www.foresthillspalmcityflorida.com.
