Dennis F. Gargano of Palm City, Florida passed away on June 13, 2022 peacefully with family around him. He will be missed greatly by his family and friends.

Dennis was born and raised in Berkeley Heights, New Jersey. He had lived in Florida for over thirty years. He worked as a finance executive in the retail automobile field for over forty years before he retired due to health reasons. Dennis loved the warmth, sunshine and playing rounds of golf when he could.

Dennis was loved and highly regarded by family and friends, earning the nickname "the unofficial mayor of Stuart". He was a lifelong die hard NY Yankees fan. Come game time you could always find him glued to the TV rooting them on.

Dennis was the son of the late Frank and Mary Gargano. He is survived by one brother Edward and sister-in-law Nadia and seven children and their spouses: Angel (John) Mason, Lori (Chris) Lynne, Tina (Jim) McNamara, Michelle (Adam) Brennan, Dennis Gargano Jr., Anthony Gargano and Michael Gargano, Dennis also had twelve loving grandchildren and two great grandchildren.

A funeral service will be held on Friday July 8 ^th from 12:00 to 2:00 pm at Forest Hills Chapel in Palm City.

The family asks that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
