Obituary of Devin Geever

Devin Patrick Geever, 19, of Stuart, Florida, died, January18, 2010 at Tallahassee Memorial Hospital, Tallahassee, Florida.

Born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, he had been a resident of Stuart for 13 years coming from his birthplace.

He was a student at Florida State University. He was a graduate of Jensen Beach, High School. He was an Eagle Scout and a Second Degree Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do. He played Chess, computer games and enjoyed the study of physics

Survivors include his parents, Michael and Valerie Geever of Stuart; a sister, Jodi Geever Ostrowsky (Ben) of Atlanta Georgia; a brother Colin Geever of Stuart, his paternal grandparents, Martin "Eamon" and Teresa Geever of Pittsburgh; uncles Patrick Geever of Amsterdam, Holland, Joseph Geever and Justin Geever both of Pittsburgh and James Lally of Stuart; aunts, Teri Geever, Mary Geever and Molly Geever all of Pittsburgh, Lucy Geever Conroy and Anna Riconiuto both of San Jose, California and numerous cousins.

SERVICES: Visitation will be on January 23 and 24, 2010 from 2:00 to 4:00 and 6:00 to 8:00 PM at Forest Hills Funeral Homes - Palm City Chapel. There will be a Celebration of Life at 10:00 AM on January 25, 2010 also at Forest Hills.
