Donald Michael Banasiak. 56. Of Palm City, Fl. died July 4, 2013 at Treasure Coast Hospice, Stuart, FL.

Born in Rahway, NJ he moved to Port St Lucie from Winfield Park, NJ in 1988.

Mr. Banasiak was a Warehouse Man for Wal Mart Distribution Center. He was an vivid Dallas Cowboys fan, a true Met's fan from their origination and loved spending time with family in the Bahamas and especially during birthdays and holidays

Survivors include his brothers Robert J. Banasiak and wife Arlene of Palm City, FL. Stephen J. Banasiak, JR. and wife Patricia of Rahway, NJ. Nephews Robert F. Banasiak and wife Julie of Stuart, FL., Stephen Banasiak of Winfield, NJ., nieces Christine Banasiak Grosso and husband Joseph of Stuart, FL., Michelle Banasiak of Fanwood, NJ., great nephews Jackson Grosso of Stuart., Brady Banasiak of Jensen Beach, FL., great nieces Jayci Grosso of Stuart FL., Brooke Banasiak of Jensen Beach, Fl

Predeceased by his parents Stephen & Jean Banasiak.

Visitation will be Sunday July 7, 2013 from 4:00 to 8:00 pm at Forest Hills Funeral Home, Palm City Chapel, Palm City, FL.

Mass of Christian Burial will be Monday July 8, 2013 at 10:00 am at Holy Redeemer Catholic Church.
