Obituary of Donald Simms

Donald E. Simms, 84, of Palm City, FL, died July 3, 2013 at the Treasure Coast Hospice, Stuart.

He was born in Kenilworth, New Jersey and had been a resident of Palm City for over 29 years coming from Warren, New Jersey.

Before retiring he was a senior agent with Allstate Insurance in Warren, New Jersey. He was a member of Holy Redeemer Catholic Church, Palm City and the Stuart-Jensen Lodge 1870 of the B.P.O. Elks.

Survivors include a son, David E. Simms of Jackson, New Jersey; a daughter, Donna Troyer of Martinsville, New Jersey; sisters, Susan Ganly of Sparta, New Jersey and Carol Galkowski of Brick, New Jersey; five grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; seven step-children; twenty step-grandchildren and several step- great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wives, Muriel Simms and Louise Simms and a brother Robert Simms.
