Obituary of Donovan Francis
Donovan A. Francis, 34, of Palm City, passed away suddenly, Wednesday, April 30, 2008 at St. Marys Medical Center in West Palm Beach, FL.
Mr. Francis was born in Honolulu, HI, and had been a resident of Palm City for the past two years coming from Charlotte, NC.
He served in the United States Air Force during the Gulf War.
He played professional Soccer with Charlotte Eagles in Charlotte, NC and with Portuguese National Team in Portugal. He also played in the Palmeiras Soccer Club in Palm City, FL.
He received his Bachelors Degree from Catawba College in Charlotte, NC.
He worked two years as a General Manager for Florida Exotic Landscaping in Palm City, FL.
He was predeceased by his loving mother Earleen Francis.
Survivors include his father, Michael A. Francis of Port St. Lucie, FL; his brother, Michael W. Francis of California and many friends.
Friends may call Tuesday, May 6, 2008 from 3:00PM until 5:00PM at Forest Hills Funeral Home in Palm City, FL. A Celebration of Life will follow at 5:00PM.
