Obituary of Dorothy Gauthier

Dorothy Elisabeth Gauthier, 88, died Jan. 14, 2007, at Salerno Bay Manor in Stuart. She was born in Bronx, N.Y., and lived in Stuart for 11 years, coming from Miami. Before retirement, she worked as a clerk for McCrory Stores in Miami for 20 years. Survivors include son, John Gauthier of Palm City; brother, Carroll Johnson of Edgewater; one granddaughter; and one great-grandchild. She was preceded in death by her husband, Emile Gauthier; sisters, Mabel Johnson and Helen McDaniel; brothers, Walter, Stanley and George Johnson. Memorial contributions may be made to Immanuel Lutheran Church, 2655 S.W. Immanuel Drive, Palm City, FL 34990. SERVICES: Visitation will be from 10 to 11 a.m. with a service Jan. 18 at Cabellero Rivero Funeral Home, Miami, FL 33155. Burial will be in Miami Memorial Park. Local arrangements are by Forest Hills Funeral Home in Palm City.
