Dorothy Tofte Mullane passed away on the morning of May 31, 2019 at Water's Edge, Palm City, Florida.  Dottie as she was known all her life had moved closer to family when her health began to fail. Dottie was born in East Moriches, Long Island, New York.  When married she moved to Center Moriches where she raised a family of five children with her husband next door to her parents.

Dorothy was a homemaker and a master gardener.  She was involved in her local garden club and enjoyed having a beautiful garden of her own.  She dedicated her life to her family and lived as an example to all of her descendants with grace and love.

Dorothy's leaves behind her children, William B. Mullane and his wife Diane of Center Moriches, NY, Kathleen D. Smith and her husband, John of Palm City, Fl, Kevin Mullane and his wife, Sue of Parkland, FL and Carleen M. Blakes and her husband Chris of Acworth, GA; her sister, Rosemary Horton of Manorville, NY; 12 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.  She was preceded in death by her husbands, William Henry "Chubby" Mullane in 1981 and Joseph Roberge in 2017; her son, Dennis Keith Mullane and her sister, Myrtle Birchill.
