Obituary of Edward Egan
Edward J. Egan Jr., 86, of Stuart, passed away February 13, 2007. He was born January 8, 1921 in Flushing, NY. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army during WWII. He was a chauffeur for 30 years, at Grumman Aerospace, before retiring. He also was a volunteer firefighter in Manhasset Lakeville, NY for 28 years.
He is survived by daughters, Margaret Hunter of Palm City, and Lynn Cannon of Boca Raton; brother, James Egan of Lynbrook NY; sister, Joan Chavtur of San Jose, CA and nine grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife Margaret T. Egan, son, Kevin Egan, and brother, Sherman Egan.
A memorial service will be held 1:00 PM, Friday, February 23, 2007 at
