All services will be held at Forest Hills Funeral Home Palm City - Visitation will be Thursday, February 22nd, 2018 from 10:00am to 11:00am; a chapel service will start at 11:00am, followed with interment in Forest Hills Memorial Park.
The family asks that in lieu of flowers a donation may be made to Safe Place - www.safespacefl.org or Guiding Eyes for the Blind - www.guidingeyes.org in memory of Eileen Smith.
