Obituary of Elaine Roman

Elaine E. Roman, 65, of Port St. Lucie, Florida, died February 13, 2011 at Treasure Coast Hospice, St. Lucie Hospice House, Fort Pierce, Florida.

Born in New Britain, Connecticut, she had been a resident of Port St. Lucie for over 26 years coming from West Palm Beach, Florida. She came to Florida from Bristol, Connecticut.

She was a member of St. Bernadette Catholic Church, Port St. Lucie and the Treasure Coasters Motor Home Club.

Before retiring, she had been a hairstylist. She also worked as a data processor.

Survivors include her husband, William Roman of Port St. Lucie; sons, William J. Roman of Lake Worth, Florida and Bruce G. Roman of Port St. Lucie; a daughter, Deborah A. Roman of West Palm Beach; a sister, Diane Aldrich of Southington, Connecticut; a brother Richard Staubley of Plainville, Connecticut; 4 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.

SERVICES: Visitation will be from 6:00 to 8:00 PM, February 17, 2011, with a Vigil Prayer Service at 7:00 PM at Forest Hills Funeral Home - Palm City Chapel. A Mass of Christian Burial will be at 11:00 AM on February 18, 2011, at St. Bernadette Catholic Church, Port St. Lucie, Florida.
