Obituary of Eleanor Jones

Eleanor "Jean" Jones, also known as "Grandma Jones", and affectionately known as "Moose" by her loving husband, 89, of Jensen Beach, passed away February 4, 2015 at Emeritus in Jensen Beach. She was born in White Sulphur, Ohio and had been a resident of Jensen Beach since 1979, having moved from Maryland. She had been an executive secretary before retirement, having worked for the U.S.O. for many years and other offices after she moved to Florida.

She is survived by her children, Timothy Lawley of Jensen Beach, Shelley Roberts of Woodbridge, VA, Kelley Ferguson of Phillipsburg, NJ, Melody Haskett of Port St. Lucie and Ed jones of Jensen Beach; 10 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren and sister, Leana Mae Rausch of Marysville, OH.

There will be a service at 11:00 AM, February 9, 2015 at Forest Hills Funeral Home, Palm City, with Pastor Bob Roach officiating.

Interment will follow in Forest Hills Memorial Park, Palm City.
