Obituary of Eleanor Marotta
Eleanor Marotta, 69, of Port St. Lucie, passed away May 5, 2009 at her residence. She was born in Brooklyn, NY, and had been a resident of Port St. Lucie since 1984, having moved from NY. She was employed at Stuart Middle School for 23 years. She was of the catholic faith.
She was preceded in death by her daughter Catherine in 2008.
She is survived by her husband of 50 years, Leonard Marotta of Port St. Lucie; daughter Debra of Port St. Lucie; sons, Leonard and Joseph, both of Port St. Lucie; and 7 grandchildren.
A private service will be held at a later date.
Memorial contributions may be made to Treasure Coast Hospice, 1201 SE Indian St., Stuart, FL 34997, in Eleanor's memory.
A guest book may be signed at: Hospice, 10360 S. Hwy. US 1, Port St. Lucie, FL 34952.
Arrangements are entrusted to Forest Hills Funeral Homes, Palm City Chapel.
