Obituary of Ella Hattendorf
Ella Hattendorf, 91 of Jensen Beach died on January 17, 2008 at Tiffany Hall in Port St. Lucie. She was born in Tripp, South Dakota and lived in Jensen Beach since 1972. She was a life-long educator, graduating from Augustana College in Sioux Falls, South Dakota.
Survivors include her sister, Esther Schaefer of Mason City, Iowa, and 10 nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, W.E. (Pete) Hattendorf in 1995, sister Marie of Mitchell, SD, brother John of Yakima, WA, brother Gus of Tripp SD and sister Ema of Milwaukee, WI.
Ella was a member of Redeemer Lutheran Church of Stuart.
Memorial contributions may be made to Treasure Coast Hospices, 1201 S.E. Indian Street, Stuart, FL 34997.
SERVICES: 2:00PM Saturday, January 19, 2008 at Forest Hills Funeral Chapel in Palm City.
