Eric Young, 88, of Port St. Lucie, passed away April 14, 2016 at St. Lucie Medical Center. He was born in Jamaica, and came to the United States in 1976, and settled in New York. 13 years ago, he moved to Port St. Lucie from NY. He was an insurance salesman before retirement. He was a member of the All Villages Presbyterian Church in Port St. Lucie, and a past member of the Caribbean American Cultural Group and the Guardian Ad Litem.

He is survived by his wife of 59 years, Barbara Young of Port St. Lucie; sons, Eric Young Jr and Brian Young; daughter, Erica Pinnock; 9 precious grandchildren; sister, Ceta Ebanks and numerous nieces, nephews and dear friends.

Visitation: 6:00PM - 8:00PM, Friday, April 29, 2016 at All Villages Presbyterian Church in Port St. Lucie.
Funeral Service: 10:00AM, Saturday, April 30, 2016 at All Villages Presbyterian Church.
Entombment will follow in Forest Hills Memorial Park, Palm City.

Arrangements are entrusted to Forest Hills Funeral Home, Palm City Chapel.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Caribbean American Cultural Group for their scholarship program in Eric's memory.
