Obituary of Erika Garcia

Erika Garcia, 73, of Port St. Lucie, FL, passed away on February 14, 2015 at her home.

Born in Grossheubach, Germany, she had been a resident of Port St. Lucie for 10 years coming from Princess Bay, Staten Island, NY.

She was a homemaker, but had also been the manager of the cosmetics department of Macy's on Staten Island.

She attended St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church, Port St. Lucie.

Survivor include her husband of 51 years, Bob Garcia of Port St. Lucie; her sons, Robert Garcia of Fort Pierce, FL, Ronald Garcia of Port St. Lucie and Michael Garcia of Vero Beach, FL; five grandchildren, Miguel Garcia, Erika Garcia, James Jorgenson, Alison Johnson and Oliver Lantanzi; her sisters, Margaret Martinez of North Carolina and Hildegard Krall of Germany and her brother, Orgaine Zoller of Germany. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Connie Garcia Jorgenson.

Visitation will be from 2:00 to 4:00 and 6:00 to 8:00 PM on Thursday, February 19, 2015 at the Forest Hills Funeral Home, Palm City. There will be a funeral service at 11:00 AM on Friday, February 20, 2015 in the funeral home chapel.
