Obituary of Esther McConnell
Esther Mae McConnell, 88, of Davie, Florida, died June 7, 2010 at Westside Regional medical Center, Plantation, Florida.
Born in Youngstown, Ohio, she lived in Okeechobee, Florida for 19 years coming from Canton, Ohio prior to moving to Davie.
During World War II she had served in the Women's Army Corps.
She was a homemaker.
Survivors include her son, Gary McConnell of Davie; 4 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband Edward A. McConnell and a daughter Jo Beth McConnell, both in 2005.
SERVICES: Interment was private in Forest Hill Memorial Park, Palm City.
Arrangements are under the direction of the Forest Hills Funeral Homes Palm City Chapel.
