Obituary of Filomena D'Annolfo
Filomena "Phyllis". D'Annolfo, 73, of Palm City, FL, died June 13, 2011 at The Treasure Coast Hospice, Hay-Madeira House, Stuart. Born in Cassino, Italy, she lived in Jupiter and Palm City for 26 years, coming from Bay Shore, New York. Before retiring, she was a master seamstress. She was a member of Holy Redeemer Catholic Church, Palm City. Survivors include her husband of 53 years, Ralph D'Annolfo of Palm City; daughters Sandy Capen and her husband Dan of Palm City, Sally Fisher and her husband Marc of West Palm Beach and Patty D'Annolfo of Stuart and 3 granddaughters, Kelly and Katie Capen of Palm City and Natalie Fisher of West Palm Beach. SERVICES: Visitation will be for 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM on June 16, 2011 at Forest Hills Funeral Home, Palm City Chapel with a service at 12:00 PM. Interment will follow in Riverside Memorial Park, Tequesta, Florida.
