FILOMENA FANNY PAVONE
Age 85, of Hialeah, FL died on November 17, 2007 at the Palm Springs Hospital in Hialeah, FL. Mrs. Pavone was born on December 27, 1921 in Manhattan, NY to Fiore and Jennie (Laddago) Pavone. She was a longtime Florida resident coming from New York and was of Catholic faith. She is predeceased by her brother Eugene Pavone and a sister Josephine Portugno.
Survivors include her 3 sisters, May Abatto of Palm City, FL, Louise Telesca of Lynnbrok, NY and Antoinette Alimena of Mamaroneck, NY, one brother Carmelo Pavone of Clairmont, FL. Also surviving are 8 nieces & 6 nephews.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 a.m on Tuesday, November 20, 2007 at Holy Redeemer Catholic Church, 1454 SW Mapp Road, Palm City, FL. A visitation will be held on Monday, November 19, 2007 at the Funeral Home from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. with a prayer service at 7:00 p.m. Arrangements are entrusted to Forest Hills Funeral Home, 2001 Murphy Road, Palm City, FL.
