Forest E. Tinney, Sr., beloved brother, husband, father, and grandfather, passed away in his Palm City home on August 23, 2019, at the age of 80.

Forest was born in Bolton, GA on December 10, 1938.  He had a passion for all things on the water, from boating to fishing.  He honorably served his country in the U.S. Navy.  He is survived by wife of 63 years, Sarah Jacqueline, their three children: Forest Tinney, Jr., Mark Tinney, Yvonne Billings, and their spouses.  He will be greatly missed by his three grandchildren: Chelsea, Sarah, and Logan.

Forest will be laid to rest, with military honors and a graveside memorial, at Forest Hills Funeral Home, section Good Shepard II, 2001 S.W. Murphy Road, Palm City, Florida 34990 on Thursday, August 29, 2019 at 11:00 am.
