Francisca Rafaela Ceballos, 87, passed away July 28, 2019 at her daughter's home in Port St. Lucie, FL.

She was born on November 10, 1931 in La Vega, Dominican Republic to Carmela de la Rosa and Rafael Ceballos.  She married Juan Pablo Jimenez in 1960 and had 4 children; Juan Pablo, II, Mercedes Del Carmen, Jose Gabriel and Hilda Elsa Francisca.

As a family they relocated to New York City in 1969 where she worked as a home health aide for 20 years.  Having moved from Queens, New York, Francisca lived in Port St. Lucie for 2 ½ years.

She was preceded in death by her husband Juan Pablo Jimenez and eldest son Juan Pablo Jimenez, II.  She will be lovingly remembered by her 3 children, 11 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren, 2 sons-in-laws and 2 daughter-in-laws.

A visitation will be held from 5:00pm – 6:00pm, and a funeral service to follow at 6:00 PM on Friday August 2, 2019 at Forest Hills Funeral Home Palm City Chapel.  Arrangements are entrusted to Forest Hills Funeral Home Palm City.  Please feel free to share a remembrance or message of condolence with the family through this online guestbook.
